Cancellation
You can cancel any Zagvo subscription at any time from Billing inside the app. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case. Contact support with your account details and the reason for your request, and we'll follow up quickly.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll retry the charge and notify you by email. Continued failure may pause access until billing is resolved.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email.
